About Central London Connexions

Central London Connexions (CLC) is a holistic and strategic self-governed and cost effective body working across the central London boroughs of Camden, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea, Lambeth, Southwark, Wandsworth and Westminster.

CLC works with the 7 boroughs to suppport with their Connexions services, tracking people across borders provide economies of scale and support service developments.

Connexions works with young people aged 13-19 and upto 25 with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. See find a Connexions centre near you for information on the services in your area.
