The Harvey Nichols Apprenticeship scheme is for young people with a genuine passion for food and offers the opportunity to work and train in a busy prestigious restaurant guided by a team of talented chefs. After two years young people will gain an NVQ Level 3 and a guaranteed chef’s position at the end of the programme.

CLC Impact Report 2007/8 - Over 18,000 parents and 42,000 young people were supported individually during quarter 4. NEET levels decreased by 0.6% to 7.5%, Not known levels increased by 0.6% to 5.8%, In Qtr. 4 1170 became NEET (down 6% on last year); 421 left to EET (down on last year)
